In-Person Counselling

Session Details
Duration
Ongoing counselling sessions are 50 minutes. This gives us dedicated time to explore what feels important, while also allowing space afterwards for reflection.
Frequency
Many people attend weekly, though frequency can be adjusted depending on your needs, preferences, and capacity.
Approach
My work is grounded in a person-centred approach and shaped around you. Where helpful, I may also draw from other therapeutic perspectives in a thoughtful and responsive way.

Initial Contact
Reach out via the contact form or email. I will respond within 24-48 hours to arrange a brief initial conversation.

Free Initial Call
We can arrange a brief 15-minute phone call to talk about what brings you to counselling and whether working together feels like a good fit.

First Session
If you would like to go ahead, we will arrange an initial 60-minute session. This first meeting is a chance to explore what is bringing you here and begin building a therapeutic relationship.

Ongoing Support
Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and tailored to your needs. We work at your pace, with space for reflection, understanding, and support over time.

Enquiries are welcome now. Sessions begin from 21 April 2026. Appointments are currently offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
